Clear the List Project

Hello everyone!

Can you believe that school just got out and we are already thinking about going back to school!?!? But that is exactly what is happening. The Making It Happen Foundation, Lug and so many of our family and friends want to support and encourage as many teachers and their students as we possibly can.

With that in mind several years ago we added a project to clear as many qualified teacher’s classroom lists as we could. To do that it takes a village. We have to plan, organize and prepare for this project. It takes everyone from the tech team to the mailman to make this happen. And unfortunately it takes time. Time for the teachers to upload their lists and their teaching credentials and for our team to vet these teachers and then to involve everyone in the distribution of these teacher’s lists and the fulfilling of the lists and last but not least…the shipping of the lists. It certainly is not something that happens within the twinkling of an eye.

We had great success last year in partnering with so many of you to make this happen as well as with Lug! We are so grateful for all of these connections. We hope to make this year even bigger and better and to be able to clear more lists and to bring smiles to the faces of not only the teachers, but their students.

So please join us again this year in supporting these teachers who give so much of their time, energy and their own money to give their students every possible opportunity we can!

If we can lighten their load and ease some of their financial burden by purchasing back to school supplies for them, then let’s do it! Remember, as I said, it takes a village and we can achieve so much more when we work together. We’ve tried to make this easy and each year it does seem to get a little bit better… fingers crossed! It’s actually pretty simple… Select a teacher, click their Amazon wish list link and start purchasing!

We can each do something… Even if you can only purchase an item or two that will make a difference. If you can clear an entire list, please do so… But most of all we ask for your prayers for this project. This is more valuable than you can ever know! We just want to thank each and every one of you in advance because you all are difference makers or you wouldn’t have read our long letter to this point. Thank you if you’re a teacher. Thank you if you are helping us spread the word. Thank you Lug! You’re involvement has been a game changer. All of you guys are simply the best!

If you have any additional questions or anything that we might help you with in this process please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
